Raul Mayta
After Receiving his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Catholica Del Peru, Raul moved to the United Stated to follow his dream of becoming an Architect. While persuing his Masters at the University of South Florida, he worked as an Inspector and Laboratory Manager for a Civil and Geotechnical Engineering Firm gaining valuable experience which he has carried into his professional career. In addition to his Engineering background, Raul was able work on a Form Based Zoning design for the City of Indian Rocks Beach through the Florida Center for Community Design. His extensive knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering programs also led him to a sucessful freelance business with clients throughout South Florida and New York.
His extensive knowledge of software programs includes:
AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Revit Architecture, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator) Maxwell Render and Artlantis.

Hannah Sebastian
Having grown up among artists, engineers, builders and designers, her upbringing in her parents Design-Build Firm taught Hannah at an early age the value of quality Design and Construction. After Receiving her Bachelors in Business administration with a Minor in Art History from the University of Florida, she decided to return to the family business. While working with her parents, she was able learn a number of architectural drafting and graphics programs and to work on a project in Revit, giving her the opportunity to master the program early in her career. Her indepth knowledge of the program later led her to consuting for a local Engineering firm, teaching and implementing the use of Revit MEP in their Electrical Engineering division. In addition to her professional experience, her years on her parents construction sites, gave her first hand knowledge of construction management which has proven invaluable in her professional career.
