M+S Team performed a FISP inspection at Bowery st. The world-renowned architect Norman Foster designed the building, which serves as a ‘vertical gallery’ to house the collection of Sperone Westwater.
The façade is composed of metal sheets and glass covering the 8 stories of the building.
We used high-power binoculars to closely observe each item and detail present in the façade and terrace sections. Our team used a Boom Lift to observe and inspect the facades hands-on by getting close to the building and spotting deficiencies that would otherwise be impossible to catch.
