- 🚫 Prevent rusted railings: Protective coatings, such as paint or specialized rust-resistant finishes, can be applied to railings during installation to minimize the risk of rust formation. 🎨🛡️
- ❄️ Freeze-Thaw Cycles On Concrete: Regions experiencing freeze-thaw cycles can exacerbate concrete deterioration. Water ingress into the concrete pores followed by freezing and thawing can lead to cracking and spalling, affecting the integrity of the slab. 🌧️🏗️
