Today marks a special milestone for Mayta + Sebastian as we celebrate our 8th anniversary! It’s incredible to reflect on the journey we’ve had since the inception of our company, especially considering the roots of our story.

Eight years ago, as new parents Hannah Sebastian De Mayta and Raul Mayta, RA, embarked on a mission to blend our expertise in restoration with cutting-edge architectural and construction tech tools. The driving force behind this venture was not only our passion for the industry but also the desire to find a balance between professional success and quality time with our growing family.

From those early days when our children were just beginning to explore the world, so too was Mayta + Sebastian. What started as a humble endeavor has blossomed into a thriving enterprise. We are proud to announce the expansion of our presence, not only with our 9-person office in the heart of New York but also a 5-person office in the vibrant city of Lima, Peru.

Our journey has been fueled by a commitment to excellence, a dedication to staying at the forefront of analytical and technically focused forensic restoration, and an unwavering focus on our clients’ needs. We are honored to have become the go-to “building doctor” for our clients’ portfolios, offering expert primary care and holistic services.
