Entrusted with conducting the initial facade inspections, preparing repair drawings and overseeing the construction administration, M+S embraced the challenge. During our journey we encountered a hurdle: an unexpected inclination in one building’s wall threatened its stability. Armed with laser scanning technology, we diligently mapped the deviation, pinpointing the precise floors requiring intervention. Facade Resurgence and Harmonious Redesign:
These Facade restorations posed a dual challenge: rectifying structural flaws while preserving architectural harmony. In Building 151, where the tilt was most pronounced, our team embarked on a redesign journey.
