In our research area, we tirelessly dedicate ourselves to exploring new horizons in design and construction that are not only visually stunning but also eco-friendly and energy-efficient. 💡
For a full year at our Lima workshop, we immersed ourselves in temperature data collection using Truper infrared meters and experimented with cladding and finish options. 🌡️ This detailed research led us to confirm that intervention was required to address the challenges of climate change and enhance energy efficiency in our structures.
The challenge was clear: we needed intervention methods that went beyond mechanical conditioning, seeking solutions that respected our commitment to a clean and sustainable future. 💧💨 It was then that we conceived our retrofit solution: composed of expanded polystyrene insulation, electro-welded mesh, and a special concrete coating. This combination not only offers exceptional thermal performance but also provides a solid foundation for aesthetics and functionality.
Looking to the future, we don’t settle for efficiency alone; we strive for excellence in every detail. That’s why we opted for a smooth surface on our panels, not only for aesthetic reasons but also to facilitate maintenance and improve waterproofing. Additionally, the white finish, mimicking the elegance of marble, not only adds a touch of sophistication but also helps keep indoor temperatures cooler and more comfortable in this desert locale. ❄️💎
