We’re excited to kick off a new project at 237th Street, Bronx, in collaboration with Orsid New York! Our team at Mayta + Sebastian Architecture is implementing a targeted repair program to address #SWARMP items from the previous #FISP cycle and ensure the building’s compliance and long-term safety.
