Moisture Infiltration investigation and drainage upgrades:
M+S conducted a comprehensive review of the interior areas affected by moisture infiltration and created a program for repairs. The specified work required modification of the existing storm drainage system, installation of waterproofing along cellar walls, waterproofing injection , and masonry repairs.
