Central Park West, Manhattan

Cycle 8th FISP inspection and report filing. 
In collaboration with Enthink Engineering, M+S conducted the FISP inspections to determine the need for envelope repairs.
Facade repairs will include reinforcement of railings, stucco repairs, terracotta repair, brick replacement, repointing, cleaning of front facade, and railing & fire escape refurbishment.
FISP extensions are being filed to avoid penalties to our client while the necessary repairs are being coordinated.
