College Point Boulevard Queens-Cycle 9th FISP inspection and report filing. 
M+S provided FISP consulting to Enthink Engineering to complete the FISP inspections and determine the need for envelope repairs at this cavity wall building. Probes were coordinated to evaluate the installation of wall ties as mandated by the amended FISP regulations for the 9th  cycle.
