Douglas Residence - Queens, NY (In-Progress)

Currently M+S  finished surveying the house and have drafted a proposal for the client to review. Asbestos testing will be the next step prior to demolition. 
The client is seeking our services to address the issue of bringing more light into the kitchen and dining room. Removal of interior partitions and  kitchen reconfiguration will allow for better flow of movement. Structural reinforcement will be needed for the existing staircase following the demolition of interior partitions.
