Emmons Avenue, Brooklyn : Facade upgrades/9th FISP cycle (In progress)

M+S conducted a comprehensive review of the building facade and elevation walls and prepared construction drawings required for the 9th FISP cycle repair program. Our Leyca laser-scanner was used to expedite the survey and obtain maximum accuracy. The exterior walls were reviewed from street level, roof, fire escapes and neighboring buildings using binoculars.

At M+S all reviews are conducted by a Registered Architect & QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector) in order to expedite the preparation an accurate forensic report.
