Greenwich Village - Restoration of facades and envelope at NYC Landmarked Building Our initial role included review of active infiltration along the off-street elevations and design of a repair program to address the infiltration along the subject areas. The scope of work for the subject off-street repairs included: replacement of broken stone window lintels and windowsills, restoration of stain glass windows, gutter replacements, repointing, brick replacement, and application of masonry water repellents. Total Budget: $600,000- Timeline: 6 months. At this time, our firm has also concluded physical condition reviews of the rear elevation (cladded with EIFS) and the beautiful front facade built with Tuckahoe Marble. Our reports included analysis via laser scanning and infrared images to pinpoint the exact location of deficiencies and extent of the needed repairs.
