Palma Ceia Residence - Tampa, FL

Working as the General Contractor and Design Collaborators with Rick Penza Architects  M+S/Sebastian Design created an entertainers paradise in the renovation and addition of this Palma Ceia home, which looks out onto one of South Tampa's best golf courses. Complete with a home theater, Yoga room, and custom built 10,000 bottle wine cellar, our construction crew certainly took this project to the next level. Sebastian Design was also fabricator for the custom stairwell, Wine cellar, Walk in Master closets and many more custom woodwork features.
