Terrance Renovation, Leak Investigation and Roof Improvements

Mayta Sebastian Architecture designed new roof and paving systems for the common and private terraces of this Landmark building.  Phase-1 of the project (completed ) consisted of the installation of installation of new safety railings along the terraces. Phase-2 will include replacement of tiled surfaces and underlying roof system using new precast pavers set on pedestals (to improve drainage) and a fluid applied system.
