West 71st Street - 9th Cycle FISP Inspection ( In Progress ) M+S is currently reviewing the building façade and elevations at this midtown Manhattan property. The residential building constructed circa 1923 presents mass brick walls with stone ornaments along the front façade ground and second floors. As part of the 9th cycle inspection; M+S will conduct 2 close-up/hands-on reviews via suspended scaffolding along the front façade. Roof railings and parapet heights will also be evaluated for structural stability and code compliance. Findings will be discussed with the property manager and members of the Board so a repair/maintenance plan is implemented (if needed) in order to keep the building’s FISP classification as SAFE.
