Facade Repair in Soho, Manhattan 
​For this property on Wooster and Prince Street in Manhattan, M+S provided consulting services for an NYC based Architectural firm to complete a comprehensive Facade and Roof Repair program. Repairs including terracotta repairs, terracotta replacement, masonry repairs and repointing, roof replacement and reconstruction of roof bulkheads, as well as fire escape replacements. 
Upon completion of the required repairs, M+S also supervised application of breathable coatings along all elevations and the restoration of metal coatings at all cast iron fenestration elements.
