150th Place Queens- Balcony and Facade restoration 
M+S conducted a comprehensive review of  the facade conditions and coordinated protection and repairs of the concrete balconies that present various degrees of deterioration caused by moisture infiltration and age of construction.
The facade repairs project coordinated by M+S included replacement of deflected windwo lintels, repair of windowsills, repair and waterproofing of balconies, reinforcement of railings, brick repointing, caulking replacement and roof repairs.
