37th St Multifamily Renovation - Astoria, NY (In Progress)

M+S designed new interiors for the full renovation of the three level building to house three independent/rental apartments. The project included structural work to close the stair opening to the basement, full renovation of bathroom and kitchen, bedrooms and living rooms. A new metal framed terrace will be installed along the second floor to provide exterior space to the second floor unit. Stay tuned for progress and final photos of this project.
