For this property on Manhattan, M+S provided consulting services for an NYC based Engineering firm to complete the 9th cycle FISP Filing.
M+S conducted the facade reviews using articulated work platforms (boom lift) to facilitate a close up review along the entire exterior walls. Probes were coordinated and evaluated as required to comply with the amended FISP regulations.
