7th Avenue-Facade restoration : Facade repairs and FISP cycle 9 report 

M+S conducted a comprehensive review of the building facade and elevation walls to prepare the construction drawings required for the repair program. Our Leyca laser-scanner was used to expedite the survey and obtain maximum accuracy. The exterior walls were reviewed from street level, roof, fire escapes and neighboring buildings using binoculars.
The exterior repair program included: replacement of deflected window lintels, modification of parapets and railings, stucco patching, terracotta repairs, caulking along windows and recoating of existing stucco.
At M+S all reviews are conducted by a Registered Architect & QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector) in order to expedite the preparation an accurate forensic report.
