​Hyde Park Residence - Tampa, FL

M+S/ Sebastian Design Implementation functioned as the Architect and the General Contractor for  execution of the design for this historic restoration, renovation and addition in the Hyde Park neighborhood of South Tampa. The final product was a elegant juxtaposition of a classic plantation home exterior with an open concept interior with all the modern finishes and amenities of today's homeowner.
