M+S conducted the facade/envelope review mandated by the NYC DOB. Masonry probes were conducted to comply with the review mandated for cavity wall construction.
M+S determined that a number of repairs need to be coordinated by the owner in the near future. The repair program is coordinated with the building owners in order to achieve a SAFE status before the FISP filing deadline.
