8th Avenue Manhattan NY- Commercial Renovation and Exterior restoration:
Mayta Sebastian Architecture  investigated interior areas affected by water infiltration and prepared an scope of work for exterior emergency repairs.  Site visits will be conducted during repairs/construction to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards. The scope of work along the exterior (currently under construction) included the replacement of all deflected window lintels, replacement of the stucco cladding systems, reinforcement of remaining brownstone segments, replacement of window frames, replacement of severely damaged brick units and stone segments, replacement of window trims, refurbishment of the fire escapes and installation of new coping covers.
