8th Avenue Renovation - NYC (In progress)

M+S was engaged to assist the building owners in a “White Box” renovation to their recently vacated retail space in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. Scope of work includes significant interior and exterior repairs, as well replacement of the current cellar stair for improved tenant access to the storage space below, as well as new slab on grade in the rear of the space, and new ADA compliant bathroom.
In addition to the renovation work, M+S also provided the owners with 3D “Sales Plans” to assist in marketing the space for various uses including Retail, Restaurant and Medical Offices.
