Barstow Road-Great Neck Plaza: Terrace renovation and cellar level waterproofing 

M+S designed a repair program to address moisture infiltration along the cellar areas below the main entrance terraces. The repair program included the application of a new fluid applied waterproofing system along the terrace floors, replacement of the terrace stone tiles, waterproofing of the cellar walls, replacement of the terrace masonry stairs, replacement of gas lines, and installation of new window-wells.
