Bay Ridge Aparment Renovation

M+S assisted this young family in the complete renovation of a two bedroom apartment located in a pre-war Co-op in Bay Ridge Brooklyn.  The dividing wall between the living room and kitchen was removed to install a new quartz peninsula used for dinning. The building's brick wall and arches were exposed upon removal of the plaster finish along the north living room wall. New wood trims along all windows and crown moldings that match the building's lobby were installed along all the apartment rooms. The south bedroom closet was enlarged by modifications in the bathroom wall were a new cast iron bathtub was installed.
