Facade and moisture infiltration investigation - FISP Repair Program

​M+S designed an exterior repair program to address deficiencies noted in previous FISP reports ,and additional issues noted during our exterior survey. The program will incorporate results of our window-wall investigation as few sections along the front facade are affected by moisture infiltration . A comprehensive exterior repair program based on the Board's goals and budget was coordinated with management.
Exterior repairs included: modification of existing railings, installation of new railings, replacement of damaged brick, caulking of wall penetrations, modification of metal cladded parapets, waterproofing of metal spandrel panels, and water tests.
