Broadway Manhattan NY - FISP inspections and Report filing. (IN PROGRESS)
M+S conducted the facade/envelope review  mandated by the NYC DOB. The inspection will require the review of masonry probes to verify the installation of wall ties along the cavity wall facades. A close up review will be conducted via articulated work aerial platform (boom lift). Small repairs are coordinated with the owner in order to achieve a SAFE status before the report filing.
