WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER 
1 or more years of experience required
Responsibilities

• Communicate with the client to clearly define the scope of work and budget
• Develop complete construction documents including drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Travel to job sites to collect and prepare data for evaluation, review construction work quality and progress, conduct pre-bid meetings, and lead construction progress meetings
• Review of contractor submittals and respond to contractor Requests for Information.
• Communicate via phone, email, and sketches to clarify design intent with Contractor
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining good client relationships
• Manage and provide construction administration and oversight including responding to RFI's, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD's), visiting construction sites to gather information and/or preparing punch lists
• Track the construction schedule and budget
• Resolve issues that are discovered in the field
• Apply sound and diverse knowledge in architecture principles and practices in a broad array of assignments. Provide technical development of various project types; facade restoration, exterior rehabilitation, historic preservation, forensic investigation and interior alterations, etc.
• Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments
• Execute projects independently and a small group of employees
• Perform building site inspections
• Actively participate in a team environment
• A Project Manager can expect to be “in the field” between 25% - 75% of their time during any given week

​Experience

• Field experience with historic preservation, restoration, and building envelope projects (preferred but not required)
• Must have 1+ years of REVIT experience
• Must have experience working with Residential Buildings
