M+S is currently designing a repair program to address facade and roof deficiencies.  The project will include resurfacing of the main entrance stairs, patching of spalling brownstone areas, installation of new fluid applied flashing along roof penetrations, patching of blistered roof sections, and application of a new coating over the existing roof.
