Hannah Sebastian and Raul Mayta R.A. conducted the facade/envelope review and filed the report mandated by the NYC DOB.
The review was conducted using a truck mounted aerial work platform which allowed the close up full height review of (3) three elevations.
The review included sounding of brick and precast components throughout the elevations as well as a hands-on railing inspection.
