M+S conducted a comprehensive review of the building facade and elevation walls and prepared a Physical condition report including budget estimates for recommended repairs. The report  will help the owner prepare a budget to keep the building code compliant, safe ,and water tight. 
At M+S all reviews are conducted by a Registered Architect & QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector) in order to expedite the preparation an accurate forensic report.
