East 11th Street-Manhattan FISP ​(In Progress)

The subject of this Façade Inspection Safety Program is an eleven-story commercial and office building located on 41 East 11th Street in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan. This building is of a solid masonry construction, with a metal cornice and terracotta ornaments along the windows of the 11th floor. Mayta + Sebastian will be superseding the previous architect for the 9th FISP cycle. Inspections for the Façade Inspection Safety Program were conducted from the roof of the building, the roof of a neighboring building, and from the streets East 11th Street and University Place. Mayta + Sebastian will be responsible for the construction administration until the sign-off phase of the project.
