M+S is conducted the FISP inspection following the amended rules of NYC. The building was classified SAFE since a comprehensive facade repair program was designed by M+S back in 2017. Our goal is to perform the best/most accurate facade review in the industry, as well as to educate and work with our clients so they do not have to conduct repairs every FISP cycle (every 5 years).
