Echo Bay, New Rochelle - Renovation (In progress)

Scope of work to  include at the exterior masonry walls, repointing and masonry repairs, as well as installation of insulation and waterproofing systems to mitigate moisture infiltration into the home. Front entrance steps shall be repaired/ reconstructed, and at the basement level, a window replacement program. Construction of new exterior patio and second floor bedroom, bathroom and laundry room.
