Fairview Residence - Queens, NY

M+S  Provided Design, Drafting and Expediting Services to the client for this renovation and addition to existing Multi-Family Building in Queens. Design was to upgrade existing building conditions and residential tenant spaces on the upper floors and add two Office suites on the ground floor. The double height extension to the rear of the building was converted to a Loft residence and terrace for the building owner. Engineering services provided by Sam Settee, PE.
