HANCOCK STREET-BROOKLYN NY : BROWNSTONE FACADE RESTORATION (IN PROGRESS)

M+S conducted a comprehensive review of the building facade and prepared a plan for immediate/emergency repairs and protection. A comprehensive repair program is now being developed to supersede the initial architect of record's filings with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC).
