Harbor Island Residence - Tampa, FL

M+S/ Sebastian Design Served as Builder and design collaborator for this unique condominium in the gated community of Harbor island. the complete gut renovation brought the home out of the 70's into a modern, multi-level oasis, complete with a custom steel triple height open stairway, designed and pre-fabricated in our shop thanks to having laser-scanned the home prior to construction.
