Johnson Road Interior Renovation (In Progress)

M+S is providing full Architectural,  Interior design, and construction administration services for this kitchen and dining room renovation in the Arthur Manor neighborhood of Scarsdale.  The project is currently going through filing and Bidding with construction to start in the spring of 2021. M+S is removing a non-load bearing partition between the kitchen and dining room to create an open space including a new dining peninsula. The kitchen shall receive new appliances, cabinetry, and lighting fixtures and the dining room will include a new workspace area with floating shelves. The kitchen floor will be replaced with tile flooring and the dining room will transition into wood flooring. Above the kitchen peninsula, new lighting fixtures will be installed. The existing ½ bathroom will be reconfigured to switch the location of the sink and toilet with new fixtures as specified, and new tile flooring and to match the kitchen.
