Lenox Hill Residence - New York, NY

This complete gut renovation of a two-bedroom apartment located in Lenox Hill, Manhattan encompassed complete overhaul of existing kitchen cabinetry, appliances and finishes; a new Venetian plaster fireplace surround, new trims and moldings throughout, and new custom herringbone wood floors.  Additionally, M+S re-configured the closets at both bedrooms to allow for improved entry flow and organization, and updated both the master and 2nd bathrooms.  The 2nd bathroom was fitted with new plumbing fixtures, heated floors , custom Carrara marble and mirrored glass tile mosaics; and the Master bath was also fully updated with heated floors,  Vanilla Onyx tile throughout, new in wall toilet, glass shower and rose gold fixtures along with Robern floating vanity and lighted mirrors.
