Long Island City Apartment Renovation - Queens, NY

M+S was hired to provide full Architectural and Construction Administration services for this apartment renovation in a 3 family home in Long Island City, Queens. the 1,500 SF Apartment was renovated to add a 2nd full bathroom  allowing the owners to offer a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment rental in this highly sought-after neighborhood. Additionally our design opened up the wall between the kitchen and dining room creating a spacious open floor plan for entertaining in this light-filled apartment.
