Lyons Residence - Tarrytown, NY

M+S Served as Architect for the addition of a 2nd story Master Suite and Kitchen Renovation as well as a new detached Garage with Studio for our client in Tarrytown NY. Additionally, the process included presenting to the township to legalize an existing encroachment to the right of way and create a more functional Porch/ entry for the client and their guests.
