Manhattan Avenue Brooklyn- Limited Facade Restoration (In progress)
M+S conducted a comprehensive review of  facade repairs completed by others and prepared a detailed report including recommendations for corrective work based on applicable industry standards , local codes and regulations.
Visual reviews were supplemented with ASTM cross hatch tests to check paint adhesion and hammer rebound test along concrete floors to verify appropriate deck strengths.
