Midtown East Comprehensive Façade Restoration

M+S conducted a comprehensive façade review then prepared budget estimates and a scope of work for prioritized repairs and maintenance work .
Upon scope of work coordination with the owners and managing agent, M+S began the preparation of construction documents suitable for DOB filing.
Façade repairs included patching of brick-patterned stucco system, replacement of broken windowsills, patching of stone headers, replacement of spalling bricks, and coating of all masonry components & fire escapes.
