Comprehensive Facade Restoration
​Midtown West Manhattan

M+S conducted a comprehensive facade review and prepared budget estimates and a scope of work for prioritized repairs and maintenance work .
Upon scope of work coordination with the owners and managing agent, M+S began the preparation of construction documents suitable for DOB filing.
Repairs in progress include restoration of metal cornices, patching of stucco and brownstone segments, replacement of air conditioner sleeves, caulking of window and door perimeters, repair of fire escapes and coating of all masonry/wall areas.
