Forensics & Design Murray Hill, Manhattan ​

​​For this building on 3rd Avenue between 31st and 32nd Streets in Manhattan, M+S was initially engaged to digitize the existing building documentation, followed by analysis to the residential and service entrances for compliance with ADA Accessibility guidelines. Our analysis revealed non compliance with  areas and a recommendation for compliance was provided to  building management for including in the forthcoming lobby and entrance upgrades to be coordinated in the 2022. For these modifications M+S will provide design , documentation and construction administration services to replace the existing revolving doors with new sliding doors as well as coordinate required modifications to mechanicals systems and interior design.
