Scope of Work: Replacement of sidewalk and walkways to address open DOT violations, tripping hazards, and improper drainage. Replacement of approximately 12,000 square feet of concrete areas. New concrete was poured over 6" of gravel, vapor barrier and epoxy coated reinforcement.
Total Budget: $350,000
