Parsons Avenue Queens- Limited facade review and repair coordination 
M+S conducted a facade/envelope review  mandated by the NYC DOB to resolve reported masonry issues.
M+S determined that  a number of repairs need to be coordinated by the owner in the near future.  The repair program is coordinated with the building owners in order to achieve a SAFE status before the FISP filing deadline.
