Pine Knoll - Mamaroneck, NY (In progress)

M+S is providing full Architectural,  Interior design, and construction administration services for this kitchen and dining room renovation in Pine Knoll Rd-Mamaroneck NY.  The project is currently going through filing and Bidding with construction to start in the summer of 2021. M+S is partially removing a load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open layout. The kitchen shall receive new appliances, cabinetry, and lighting fixtures and the dining room will include a new workspace area with floating shelves. The kitchen floor will be replaced with tile flooring and the dining room will transition into wood flooring. Above the kitchen peninsula, new lighting fixtures will be installed.
